Here is the link to Watford Grammar girls school historical information is here from their website

We are in outer catchment and my DD score was 255, musical 37. Would be great to see more outer catchment results so that we get an idea of what the cut off may be.

Thank you. He is 120th rank in DAO. We are in bit of dilemma which one should be our first pref. Are there any chances in parmiters?

Don't go by chances to get in any particular school. Go by your real preference. Which ever school you like most, put it as your first preference, unless the score is way off the mark from previous years cutoff or failed the test.

If you like DAO most, then put that as your first preference. Good Luck.

My DD got 263 in academic and 243 in the technology test at Bushey Meads.
I'm not in inner or outer catchment area. What are her chances of getting into Bushey Meads based on the technology test?
Is there any chance of her getting into any of the other schools in the consortium?

My ds scored 223. I am so gutted for him. Don't know what or how to break to him :(

We have no plan B.

"mashiyer" Bushy Mead has 17 specialist places based on the results of technology test. Based on the last 3 years cut-off scores, you should get in for sure.

Hi All, I used this forum many years ago and received such great advice & support from many people when going through appeals for a place at WGGS for my eldest DD, which were unsuccessful on both occasions.

I thought I would share my DS's score (262) as an outer area candidate. We are divided between Watford and QEB but the former school is closer to us and this may be our first choice on the CAF but I will let my DS make the decision.

2unfair Do not be too down 223 is a good score. It should be enough for Queens and upper tier BM and Rickmansworth may also be worth a shot.
