What are the chances of securing a place at St Clent Danes with a waiting list? If the number is 1 or 2, are there any chances? Also, from a waiting list point- does the distance criteria get priority over academic ability waiting list?
Thank you

The waiting lists run separately. So, the distance list is a separate list. If someone rejects a distance place, the next person on that list is offered etc.
1st or 2nd, you're in with a chance. The distance list moved by a handful of places last year, but not many.
Academic list may move, particularly if people take up private offers. This filters across all of the consortium schools.

I think if your DC is position 1 or 2 there is a chance it will move if it’s academic or music place based on previous years. I can’t comment on distance as I know fewer people who got in on that category.
It’s a horrible wait but sit tight and fingers crossed.
