That's how I felt each time I had results to wait for Doodles. Couldn't sleep, felt nauseated almost permanently, adrenaline rushing round, fixated... Poor thing. Keep going. x

Yep. Been there and done that. I bet most of us feel/have felt and acted like that. Go easy on yourself - it's such a stressful time.

I have arranged to finish work early on the Tuesday ready for the email but should have time to alter that for the Monday, thanks everyone.

I believe that the emails are sent out in ALPHABETICAL order of surnames. A friend last year, whos surname begins with O had to wait till well past 7pm, whilst others were getting it much earlier. However, I have to say, that when the 11 plus results were sent out in October, we got our email at 3.58pm, and our surname is well down the alphabet, so fingers crossed this time. I think it's better to have to be out of the house, e.g. at clubs etc, to take one's mind off it and to avoid being clamped to the computer!

Me much of the time whether pregnant, working or just awaiting exam results!

Agree with last poster - better to be occupied. Will however be working and glued to mobile phone to see if email has come through on the day.

Husband already asked me what speech he needs deliver to dc according to what the email says.
