I think I spoke to the admissions team. I can't remember the number - perhaps the one on the allocation letter. The only details I gave was my son's name, and pupil ID number. I rang early yesterday(9am-ish) and they were more than willing to give me the info about waiting lists. They couldn't confirm about the school acceptance place.

Hi all -
Just wondered - has anyone heard anything from Kent re the waiting lists yet?

Hi Brenda Jean, Waiting lists will not be compiled until 4th April by Kcc. They are keeping the forms in no particular order and will start to process them next week. Was told by Kcc earlier this month that the lists will be rank ordered by the oversubscription criteria and they should be able to let us know where our dc's are shortly after that. Hope this helps

I'm another one biting my fingernails. Passed the 11+ but no grammar school place offered. The scores went up so much this year Hoping the waiting list shuffle does the trick but if not it's off to appeal
