Timing for Maths Paper

My DS sat his mock 11+ yesterday at Skinners Academy. The person looking after his group told them all that they would have 1 hour for the maths paper today, however next week they would only have 50 mins. According to the KCC website it should be an hour, I wondered was anybody else told they would only have 50 mins, my son was sure that that was what they said.

I rang Kent CC last week and they confirmed that the maths paper is 50 questions in 60 minutes.

They are very helpful if you want to double-check!

Thanks for the response. I will ring KCC tomorrow, I have had it confirmed that another group at Skinners Academy on Saturday that they too were told that next week the maths paper will be 50 mins long, despite KCC confirming that the test is 60 mins for 50 questions not including admin time.

Please if your child sat the practice at Skinners Academy could you ask them what they were told about timings for the maths paper.
