Spatial reasoning? Say what? Google ...........

It doesn't look too bad . Do they mean cloze for the first part of the English ? Just the spatial reasoning to work on. Dd was most excited as she thought I had somehow got hold of the real thing. She asked if it was from " that 11 plus website " if only !

The maths test contains a series of multiple-choice questions covering a variety of
topics taught in most schools up to the start of Year 6. A small number of questions
are based on things you will have been taught but may be more difficult than you
are used to. This is so you can show how you use the maths skills you already have to
solve new kinds of problem

I thought this was interesting. I'm sure this has been asked before, but is there a list of stuff that should be covered up to the start of year 6 (is that the same as saying end of year 5?!).

A small number of questions - does that mean relative to the total amount of questions, or just that, say, 5, isn't a big number but might be a quarter if out of 20?!

There used to be only a couple of really horrendous questions ..really wordy word problems. The last one I think was often a biggy . Good news if your child's timing was a bit off

Does anybody know the number of questions for any of the tests? It reminds me of CEM (Bexley), the questions were fine, but there were so many of them that it was so hard to do.

The other problem with CEM was the number of possible answers where you had to sometimes choose from 10 options!

No, no mention has been made of number, but I think, as you say, there'll be lots of questions in a short amount of time. And timing is our issue here ...
