I have come to know that there are headteachers who give out kent test scores even before the 15th of oct when kent officially announces the results. This is really unprofessional. Is it ignorance or favouritism. ?
I hope it is the former. kent should make it clear when they send out the results to the heads that they are expected to keep it confidential.
Though nothing would change in the world , just that it leaves some parents more anxious than the others , especially if the information is leaked to DCs in the class.

I'd say that would be a disciplinary offence do doubt they'd risk it.

Might it have been an out of KCC area head who was unfamiliar with the Kent test?

I gather that on mumsnet (can I mention mumsnet?) an out of area parent had had their scores from a head who didnt know/care. The poster didnt give the scores away though!
