Sadly your headmaster doesn't know - and should really not be saying such things.

The admission process is that you should apply for the school YOUR CHILD wants. I am waiting for the posts come 4.01 pm today saying....

"Little Johnny got 360 but we thought no to Judd even though he loved it but didn't want to get his hopes up and now he would have got in"

Just apply - i know its too late but for those reading this in Oct 2015 please please please apply for the school your children wants if they have passed and have an above pass score.

Skinners is a cut off of 364. Below is copy of school website. Last year it was 401 - quite a difference with the new exam.

Offers have been made to 150 applicants for September 2015 Year 7 entry, who will be divided into five forms of 30 pupils.
The average PESE score of the new intake is 376.

The lowest score to be offered is 364. Those applicants with this score who have received offers have done so because of the proximity in which they live to the school, in accordance with our over-subscription criteria.

Does anyone have a prediction on what the second round cut off score will be for skinners?
