Not actually in Kent myself, but my reading of it isSparklecat wrote:Sorry for the stupid question, I'm still getting my head round everything. Does the above mean there are 25 questions for English, 25 for maths and 80 for reasoning? And that it is one mark per question? Also trying to get an idea of what percentage of questions need to be answered correctly for a basic pass in each section.

- it will vary from year to year, but probably not by very much, if the exam provider manages to keep the standard more or less constant. In which case it will depend on the ability of the cohort.

Re: Kent Test - Raw Scores 2016
In summary, 106 points required in each subject in a typical year (320 overall).
The five lowest results, adjusted for age.
English = 25 questions.
12=101, 15=107, 15=108, 16=113, 17=111.
Maths = 25 questions.
13=112, 14=114, 14=117, 16=120, 16=120.
Reasoning = 80 questions.
46=115, 50=118, 50=120, 52=121, 54=125.
The thing that strikes me is English had generally lower marks. Due to tutoring of maths and reasoning? The percentage of correct questions required for a pass seems quite achievable.

I seem to be having a problem getting my DDs raw scores. Anyone else having a problem with KCC releasing info?

Worth a bump for those asking about format and scores.
