You have good chance with 390, of course it depends on this year's applicants and their scores so no guarantee.
School day 8.40-3.10 but some popular clubs are after school. At least for the first half term, Monday after school and Sat morning rugby is compulsory.

Just to add that the compulsory rugby is only during their first rugby season. I forget if it was after their rugby festival, before the October half term, that it stopped being compulsory. Perhaps keener than before (as is my son) to go for DGS. In trying to work out how the journey in might look, would be keen to know when the school day begins and ends.

Similar situation with us too ( we stay close to Chis & Sid) ...really liked the schoo DGSl, but contemplating the journey
