Will 383 be enough? We literally live less than a 5 minute walk, it would be perfect. Worried it is not enough. He wasn't tutored because we simply couldn't afford it.

This thread (click or copy and paste link above) says cut off for 2017 was 364 for inner area. So you should have a v strong chance!

When receiving queries from parents regarding the cut-off score for The Judd School this year, we can only refer to historic figures. For your information, therefore, but not as a guide, the lowest score offered on 1 March 2017 was 364 for the Inner Area and 400 for the Outer Area. Following re-allocation from the waiting list, the lowest score reduced to 361 for the Inner Area and remained at 400 for the Outer Area, as no withdrawals were received. There are usually around 20 places allocated from the waiting list(s), so it is well worth going on the list(s) if you are just below the initial cut-off score.

It shows scores broken down by gender and area (Sevenoaks, Tonbridge+Malling, T Wells etc) for the past three years, so this will give you a very good indication as you can see exactly how many boys from these regions (which I realise don't map exactly onto the Judd inner area) scored the threshold and above last year and compare that to 2017. I was looking at it see my daughter's chances for TOGS and it's really helpful.
