my child has score 350 but i m OOC. i am moving to dartford on rent on 20th october, and giving my house i own on rent.
do i have to sell the house and buy a new house in dartford or renting will be acceptable to kent.

any one knows about in past cases. we are very genuine and want to buy second property in dartford soon.
