Am I right in thinking that you only need to complete a sif form if you have a sibling or pupil premium?

This form only needs to be completed if you have a child currently attending Wilmington Grammar
School for Boys or your daughter has been registered for free school meals in the last 6 years.
WE DO NOT REQUIRE THE FORM IN ANY OTHER INSTANCES.
Presumably, they check automatically for a sibling at the same school, but need to be alerted to check with the boys' school?
