But that works both ways, Anand's questions were often very abrupt & demanding with no thanks, either in advance or afterwards for the help given. The tone of the questions may possibly be a language issue, but thanking people is easy, gives everyone a warm fuzzy glow & is more likely to result in sympathetic & helpful answers.lefol wrote:I actually do feel quite sorry for Anand.
