It is still GL Assessment, I saw a FOI request asking the same question recently and KCC confirmed the following:

I can confirm that Kent County Council has extended the contract and GL
Assessment will be our test provider for this year's (2018) Kent test.

Good news for those of us with older children (who sat the test in the last few years) that it will broadly be the same format

that's good. It's really straightforward to prepare for with all the GL Assessment paid for materials and we also liked the Peter Williams Practise and Pass series as an easier lead in to the GL paid for familiarisation papers (there are 32 in total - 8 in each subject).

And then just sprinkle in some spatial stuff too both 2 D and 3D.
