We are 11 miles away (straight line distance). Wondering if we have a chance if DD passes the test?

Ask the admissions officer for the best info. I know they went out as far as Orpington but only in June and not on 1 March.

My daughter got a space at the annexe a week before the appeals started, and we’re near Orpington War Memorial. I understand they went at least to Petts Wood.

I know someone who got in living in Bromley (Bickley) - not in the first round - so I'd say it's very likely. Once the school places have been allocated (and if you're not accepted), just contact the school directly and put your DD down on the waiting list. I know someone who didn't even put a Kent GS (for boys) down on the list of preferred schools who got in (he'd obviously passed the Kent test). Good luck!
