relocation from abroad

We are relocating from overseas to Tunbridge Wells (we think) in Summer 2019 and my DD will start year 7 that September. Unfortunately we have missed the 11+ exams, is there any way that she can sit them late? She's academic and bright but we haven't done any tutoring! Also, is it even possible to apply for school places without a permanent UK address? Feeling lost here... your advice appreciated.
