Has anyone know when can we expect the Kent Test scores report 2018 in Kent Test website just like the previous years excel sheet reports.

How can they justify refusal of an FOI request?

And about time too. I have lobbied for this for years and KCC lost an Information Commissioners Office complaint last year because providing individual scores for each school, the point at issue, enables individuals to be identified, which is a breach of personal confidentiality.

I think the link above is different though. That doesn't contain schools on it - it's only by area. The one by school was on a different website in response to a FOI request.

I have received email confirmation as below from freedomofinformation - So the report will be uploaded to website by end of this week.

I can confirm that we have been advised that the results should be on our website by the end of this week.
