A tutoring agency has listed what WON'T be covered this yea

A popular agency near us (we don't use them) has listed math topics that will not be in the gl kent test for this year. They have specifically listed things like - ratio & proportion, algebra, cubed numbers etc. The reason, they claim, is to acknowledge time lost due to the pandemic.
How on earth can they know that? And is it likely to be true? Just wondered if a list has been published somewhere!
