Pass Mark on the Level Six Maths Papers

My dd just did the Level 6 Maths paper 2002 and got 18 out of 30. We have the mark scheme but do not have the level thresholds so we cannot see if 18 out of 30 is a Level 6 or not. Does anyone know where I can get those and also I have Level 6 00. 01 and 02. Anyone know where I could get any earlier ones? How many years did QCA issue Level 6 papers? I assume 2002 was the last one. Thanks for any help.
