GL Maths test 5 pack 2 help

Can someone go through how to work out Q 48 AND Q50 in Paper 5 from Gl assesment Pack 2..Maths.
Q48. The mode is the most common item. Here you don't know how many tests he took, so you have to work out from the pie chart which was the most common mark. The segment for 7 marks is the largest, so this was the most common mark and therefore the mode.
Q50 The area of the wall is 4.5x3=13.5 sq m. A tin covers 5 sq m so you will need 3 tins. 3 x £6=£18
