At the local vegetable show, Cruz, Seth, Joanna entered marrows in the largest marrow competition.

Joanna's was 1 1/2 (one and a half ) times as heavy as Seth's and Cruz's was twice as heavy as Joanna's.

the total weight of the three marrows was 33 lb.

What is the weight of Seth's Marrow?
What is the weight of Joanna's Marrow?
What is the weight of Cruz's Marrow?

could some one help how to work this out?
thanks in advance.

Seth has 1 unit
Joanna has 1.5
Cruz has 3

That's 5.5 units

33 divided by 5.5 is 6.
Seth has 6
Joanna has 9 (6 x 1.5)
Cruz has 18 (double Joanna's)
