It's not used for target setting - that is FFT - it is an analysis of performance data. It's waht Ofsted see before they arrive and Governors should have access to the 'pack'.
It compares the school's data to national data and also looks at progress data.
Primary: Year 1 phonics, Year 2 attainment and KS2 attainment (Reading, Writning and Maths) and progress from KS1.
Secondary: KS4 attainment and KS2 to KS4 progress.
