New national curriculum - comparison with old levels etc

In Kent, in past years apparently most children who pass the Kent test are level 5 in maths (old levels) by the end of year 5 and the test was constructed with this in mind.

Which year's expectations in the new curriculum most closely relate to a level 5? If the answer is year 6 expectations, or more confusing still, no comparable skill level, then the tests will need to change to match the new curriculum?

Or will it be a magnified version of the previous situation where, depending on primary school / set your child is in, you have to get further on with maths topics at home that have not been covered in school?

What old NC level do people feel a Year 6 "expected" in the new curriculum is aiming at.
