Any assistance in answering the following 2 questions will be greatly appreciated.
Question 1
6 lollies and 3 ice-creams cost £8.52
3 ice-creams and 6 drinks cost £9.24
What would the cost of 1 lolly, 1 ice-cream and 1 drink be?
Question 2
A bag contains 2 blue balls andd 1 red ball. A ball is picked at random and put back into the bag. This experiment is repeated 300 times. Approximately how many times would you expect a blue ball to be picked?

Add the above 2 rows together so:
6 lollies + 6 ice-creams + 6 drinks = £17.76
so
1 lollie + 1 ice-cream + 1 drink = £17.76 divided by 6 = £ 2.96
Q 2
Answer is 200 since two-thirds of the times you would draw blue (two-thirds of 300 is 200)

Add the above 2 rows together so:
6 lollies + 6 ice-creams + 6 drinks = £17.76
so
1 lollie + 1 ice-cream + 1 drink = £17.76 divided by 6 = £ 2.96
