What bothers me about the teacher in the first question is, even allowing for a small cup of around an eighth of a litre, by day 28 she will be filling a tank the volume of six Olympic swimming pools by adding three Olympic swimming pools of water in one day. By day 21, surely someone would have asked her if she would like some garden leave.
