Can i ask what are the most relevant materials to buy, for preparing for 11+ exams. Not just maths but all exams. This is for private school applications.

I found CGP most helpful for local borough selective schools prep. But not sure where to start for privates. Should be using CEM- material or something different?

The preparation will depend on the type of papers. Some independent schools only do English / Maths. Others will do only VR/NVR and some others will do NVR/English/Maths or any other possible combination.

You need to check each school's website to see the type / format of papers and then buy books/papers accordingly.

For the standard format English/Maths papers, which is what a lot of independent schools use nowadays, you can download past papers from some of the school's websites. There are also Bond 11+ Standard Format papers available.

There is no one private school format.
