Help Please

Post by fluffygirl_27 »

Hi I am back again with another question!

Mark and Nigel were jogging around a circular track. They started their jog at the same place at the same time.Mark jogged at the speed of 220m/min and Nigel jogged 180m/min.What was the circumference of the track if Mark caught up with Nigel in 30mins ?

Thanks

Not sure that will help HM much?

I'll get my coat, as someone on a local FB group seems to find himself feeling the need to say quite often

Wilfully misunderstanding, moi?

Apologies for the frivolity, fluffygirl_27.

I agree that drawing a diagram would be useful, btw. And also wonder where the question comes from?

How much further does Mark jog than Nigel in 1 minute?

So how much further does Mark jog than Nigel in 30 minutes? That distance is the circumference of the track.
