Anyone out there have DC doing the 11+ on 29th Sept
Hi
I know this board is relatively quiet but I thought I would try and get a support thread going. DS2 is registered to take the 11+ for LRGS in just over a weeks time.
He seems less stressed than DS1 who took the 11+ 2 years ago but I think underneath it all he is still quite worried about it.
I don't think there is much we can do in preparation between now and the test day other than stay calm and keep practising a few papers.
Also not sure how I am going to cope with the three hour wait whilst he does the test and wondered what other parents plan to do. We don't live close so it seems a waste of time to go home.

Good luck to your son Mumski. I was on a thread with you 2 years ago when my daughter sat the 11+ (She was sitting Clitheroe but we were all on the same thread as it was the same day as Lancaster and same test)
Hope a few people post to keep you company.

Hi Dixiechick. Thanks for keeping me company it is a bit lonely on here.
I do remember you from two years ago and can’t believe our DC are now starting year 8.
Hope your DD is settled and thriving at CRGS.
DS2 is doing OK at the moment and I think I am a bit calmer than last time having been through it all before.

Hope everything went well for your DS Mumski. Not heard anything yet about how the test on Saturday was.
My daughter is very happy, enjoying school it suits her very well.
