Hi can anyone tell me how much notice you are usually given for the appeal date? Will it only be on weekday and definetly not on a weekend/bank holiday? Thanks!! :D

Not in your area, but in Essex, appeal hearings are not scheduled for bank holidays, weekends or school holidays, although my impression is that they may happen on an inset day if there is one right at the end of the summer term.

Hi Nicky appeals are usually on weekdays with an independen panel in a neutral place. You get plenty of notice but not months.
