I'm not from your area - if you really want to know about tutors I would ask other parents, certainly there are a couple of well known tutors near us. Also they sometimes advertise in local papers, community magazines etc.
But my advice is to read to and with your child as much as possible, watch the news and discuss it, play word games, do sequences etc. Also they need to work accurately at speed. You can buy practice papers at any book shop.

If you are still after a tutor, pm me as I can let you know the number of the lady I used in Bourne. She is very good but does get booked up early.
