For anyone who is interested the following is a list of academies already established and schools which are due to become academies in the very near future (probably before November).
Already established:
Priory Academy LSST (Lincoln) - replaced Priory Lsst
Priory Witham Academy (Lincoln) - replaced Joseph Ruston, The Usher Junior School, Moorlands Infants and Nursery School
Priory City of Lincoln Academy (Lincoln) - replaced the City School
Trent Valley Academy (Gainsborough) - replaced Castle Hills School and Middlefield School
St George's Academy (Sleaford and Ruskington) (and Billingborough, site due for closure) - replaced St George's College, Cotelands School and the Aveland School
Skegness Academy - replaced St Clement's School
Priory Ruskin Academy (Grantham) - replaces the Central Technology College and The Grantham Church High School
The Giles Academy (Old Leake) - replaces The Giles School
Due to become academies in the next couple of months:
Branston Community College (Branston)
William Farr CofE (Welton)
Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School (Alford)
Caistor Grammar School
Bourne Abbey Primary School (Bourne)
West Grantham Federation - St Hugh's College (Grantham), Charles Read (Corby Glen), Spitalgate CofE Primary (Grantham) and Earl of Dysart Primary (Grantham)
