Is it worth appealing on a 524 mark - 1 mark away from cut off?

I know that my d is bright, in top sets at school, but if she couldn't perform on the day, whats to say that she may struggle at a Grammer school.

Excellent news Belinda! Will you be coming back to REHAB now?
1 mark off, guest, how infuriating! Surely will be top of the waiting list?? Must be an excellent chance? Perhaps someone on the forum with knowledge of previous years could help?

Guest, Your daughter DID perform well on the day. She is only one mark away. Other years, maybe this mark would have been enough?? Statistics show that those who do best in a grammar school ARE those who are borderline actually. Don't give up if this is what you and your daughter really want.
Thinking of you. Good luck!

It is a different colour depending on what the result is?
I am even more frustrated now that everyone has theirs and ours hasnt arrived.
