do I need to tell?

Hello
We have got a place by appeal, do I need to tell original school my son no longer neds his place there or does the LEA do it? Thanks.

Hi Liney..... congratulations on your appeal result.....
Even tho the LEA will have to deal with the paperwork..personally I would contact the school myself....by e-mail to the admissions secretary...Thanking them for their offer and explaining that my child has received an offer from another school and will no longer be taking the place offered by them.
