Just noticed on the Crossley Heath website that there is a consultation document about the entrance exam. It looks like they are planning on introducing NVR to the exam format. Not something they did previously so for those of you looking at Sept 22 exam I think it worthwhile looking at NVR in your preparations.

Hi Mumoftwo, where did you see that? Under Admissions it gives sample questions for the 2022 test but it explicitly says “ Please note that we do not use the Non-Verbal Reasoning tests.”

Just found it! I had to go via the NHGS site which sent me back to Crossleys. The admissions test will consist of: a) a test in English and Verbal Reasoning (VR) b) a test in Mathematics and non- VR
They’ve only just changed the English to fast paced multiple choice. I wonder why it’s changing again?

Interesting. I think it has been passed as the deadline was Dec 21. I suppose everyone will be on an even keel, even if they only have 9 months to practice!
