Are GCP VR tests representative of the exam?!
Hi
Just as the title says really: are the GCP verbal reasoning assessments in the 10-11 book comparable to the actual CEM exam?
My daughter did her first ever practise test from the book and finished in half the time with 95%…she does have a wide vocab from reading all the time but I’m worried maybe the GCP books aren’t accurate if she found it that easy…?
Loads to do with maths so plenty to focus on on the whole!
TIA for any advice

The assesment books are a lot easier than the practise papers.
Try the CGP practise papers.
Can't be sure what the real test will be like.

Great thank you - I’ll try her on those and see how she does. My feeling was they were too straightforward…

The Exam Paper Plus Cem papers are identical in layout but are difficult than the actual exam. My son was scoring about 75% in the those tests and he got a core of 365 for our first preference school( out of catchment). I hope it helps. Practicing with the same layout puts children at ease. Lowers the exam pressure to minimal.
