Subject weighting for CEM

Does anyone have any info on the subject weighting for the CEM. I’m guessing probably not but thought it was worth an ask! So for example VR/English 50% and Maths/NVR 50% or VR 1/3, NVR 1/3, Maths 1/3 etc.

The reason I ask is my DCs tutor told us that in their experience they had found in previous years children who were more competent in VR and less so in Maths passed more often than children competent in Maths and less so in VR, so seemed to think more weighting may be given to VR.

Talking to a friend today her tutor had told her that the Maths and NVR sections of the test are more heavily weighted.

From my own experience, my DC took it 2 years ago and didn’t pass. His strongest subject was maths, followed by NVR, then VR last. He missed by a few marks. My DC ego has sat it this year is strongest in VR, follows by NVR and then Maths is her weakest area.

I’d also be interested in the answer to this. As well as the connected issue of whether some schools attach more weight to each of the different parts.

My child is strong at VR and NVR but not keen on the maths sections.

Sorry no help from me but I’m with you on the curiosity aspect.
