Any experience of Redcourt ?
We're not Catholic which is a bit of a concern, but academically this seems a very good school and good value for money, just wondered if anyone's children used to or currently attend ?

My friends little boy attends there.
They removed their son from a state school in year 3, since then he has come on in leaps and bounds, they are very impressed with the school.
The school also prepares children for the 11+ entrance exam for the non-catholic grammars, albeit in the minority.
Wishing you all the best.

Yeah looks good!
Hi ya
I've been looking at this school too for my daughter. With her old school closing down and only finding out after we returned from my sisters wedding last month havent had a lot of time to look around schools.
They have by the looks of it alot children so chances of it closing are slim compared to Mostyn House which I've also been looking at.
How old is your little one?

Mine are 9 and 7. We decided against Redcourt purely because it is very very similar to the state school they currently attend so I couldn't really see what it was I was paying for, am I right in thinking your daughter needs some extra help ?? The SEN looks fantastic and it did seem a very caring school.kelannhugh wrote:Hi ya

Lots of people like Mostyn House but the numbers have been declining for years, have you looked at Kingsmead, I think we'll move to Kingsmead for senior school.
