Hi

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I know that the Wirral is way down at the bottom of the forum list, but we have the strength to hold everyone else up.

Can´t understand why Bucks have ten times more postings than Wirral when we both have the same 11+ tests, perhaps next year we can see more "genuine" posts from the Wirral.

This is for Patricia and others who appreciate, we have just had our pre-Christmas lunch a menu del dias at the Plas de Las, four courses plus wine, beer and a cheeseboard for 30 Euro, not each but total, that is approximately 21 pound in foreign money. On Christmas Day we will be at Carpe Diem, 25 Euro each, so we are splashing out!! New Years Eve at the pine tree opening a bottle of cava and eating twelve grapes to the sound of the clock chiming midnight. Of course on the evening of 5th January we will be at Cambrils for the arrival of the three kings for epiphany. And sometime in the New Year I will be told off again by Patricia for not being attentive to the forum.

For those of you who have read this and may get a little bored over Christmas, an ideal solution would be to download The Tutors CDs and while away the monotony of Christmas by challenging kids, mums, dads, grandparents and guardians to attempt some verbal reasoning questions at the extraordinarily generous price of 19.95, "The Perfect Christmas Gift".

Regards

Mike
