Wirral Grammar for Girls under subscribed.

If your son has achieved the test score but failed to get a place at Calday because of oversubscription, you could inquire at Wirral Grammar for Boys as they are saying they have spare places....if you have achieved the test score I'm sure they would be interested...or is Wirral Grammar not an option or too far away for you?

As I said in an earlier post I think the same applies to Wirral Girls and if anyone has achieved the score but not been offered a place due to the iniquities of the system they should definitely inquire....

Thanks but at the moment I am thinking that it is probably too far away from us, we live in Moreton. We are putting in an appeal for Calday. I am hoping that not everyone will take up their places and a few spaces might become available here too. However, not sure how they will prioritse who will get the places, children with higher marks, children who live nearest, children who put it down as first place or children with siblings already there??
