Results

I would suggest that all of the schools have the results unless there is a marking hold up which is unlikely as it's computerised. they will have been e mail to them with the scores. Not only are the heads not allowed to tell you results they are not allowed to discuss it at all. It is easier to say-"we haven't had them" than to encourage further discussion. Anxious parents will read things into everything thats said and they way its said and expressions on faces-I know I would. We need to trust the teachers to hit the deadlines.

I absolutely agree with you. Primary schools WILL have the results before parents. They will not want to discuss them with parents as at this point there is nothing a headteacher can do to change a result. Results will be posted to parents on Friday 19th October. If you gave an email address, you will receive the results by email on Friday 19th October.
