Hi
Don't know if it helps, but last year the tests were on 28th Nov and 5th Dec.

Suspiciously close to your boy's birthday - hope it doesn't work out that he has to do his 11+ on his big day!

Pensby,

It is usually on the last Tuesday of Novemeber first Tuesday of December.

It has been the same for the past 3 years that I know of, although thats not to say it's set in stone.

I will ask around tomorrow to see if anyone knows for sure..

Good Luck Pensby.

Pensby,

If I can help in anyway I will.
It's a very stressful time with lots to take in.
You will get there in the end though and hopefully have made some friends along the way. :D

Good luck..

Hi Pensby..

The dates look as follows:

Practice 1 Thursday 15th Nov, but depends on primary school.

Practice 2 Thursday 22nd Nov, but depends on primary school.

Real Exam 1 Tuesday 27th Nov.

Real Exam 2 Tuesday 4th Dec.

This still isn't set in stone. However the dates will be public knowledge next week.

Will post more as and when I find out.

Hi Pensby
Yes - my son is having a great time so far - he passed 11+ for Wirral Grammar but we opted for Birkenhead School as we felt it would suit him better. So far he is very happy, and we're pleased at the start he has made.

Hi Pensby,

DD is enjoying Wirral Grammar Girls very much. She has gone on and on and on about how fantastic everything is.
Even completed her 5 pieces of homework straight away, no arguments.
Early days yet but I pray it continues..:D

How is your son doing on his practice papers?

One word of advice.. Stay clear of the section marked "Rehab" there are some very strange people there indeed.
