Well Done Wirral!

Post by SPUD »

Brilliant so far, congrats to you and your little brain boxes!

But if anyone is reading this who hasn't had the news they wanted then please don't despair - I was in that position last year and I know its gut wrenching, but there is light at the end of the tunnel and this forum offers vital support and info on appeals - chin up!

I can't put up a fancy animation, but it's the thought that counts!

***~~Well done to everyone concerned~~***

We went through this a few years ago. Daughter is now in year 9. We had bad news on the day, and it was gut wrenching at the time, but now I believe it was the best possible outcome. Daughter is extremely happy and doing very well indeed. She has flourished due mainly to an increase in confidence (something commented on by most people who know her) which is in contrast to her time at primary school.

Enough about us!!

Our best wishes for a brilliant future

well said SPUD and BESTPOSSIBLEOUTCOME.
I feel genuinely sick for all those parents and kids who will feel this the end of the world.
it isn't....for a whole raft of reasons...i feel worried because i don't necessarily think the grammar my dd will go to is the right 'fit' for her ..we shall see.
we should all agree to post again in 5 years time and evaluate......
