One of those X(Y)Z type ones

Post by Long Journey »

Not sure what they're called, but can someone help with this please? I'm probably missing something simple here, but we've been mulling over this one and can't figure it out.

6 (15) 11 | 9 (16) 15 | 4 ( ) 11

I couldn't work it out but my 10 year old son did!

11-6 = 5 add 10 = 15
15-9 =6 add 10 =16
11-4 =7 add 10 = 17
