Difficult question

Post by wicksy »

Please can someone answer this for me please:

Give the next two missing groups of letters in the following sequence.

ZZA YBY XDW WFU

It is connected to the alphabet order I am sure but can't work it out.

Thanks

ZZA YBY XDW WFU

Maybe the sequence for the middle letters is "plus 2"

so Z B D F .. H J ?

Last letter of each group maybe "minus 2"

so A Y W U ... S Q ?

First letter "minus 1"

so Z Y X W ... V U

Groups would be : VHS and UJQ

Might be wrong though, have only had one cuppa so far

wicksy, if you are only preparing for CEM/Bucks, you shouldn't be practising this type of question. They are "old style GL" questions, and have never been known to turn up on CEM papers.

Hi Sally

Is this type of question likely to show up in the Kent Test as DD is taking the Kent Test as you said they are old style GL questions.
