I am not sure you will be able to see the questions, but I followed the instructions for uploading a picture. I have seen posts with pictures of questions displayed but dont know how to achieve this.

No we can’t see them. I’m trying to see what isn’t quite right for you.

Can you simply copy and paste the snapfish link, and we can take it from there.

You can only post images from the internet (publicly available), are you trying to post from your own account on Snapfish?
Or have I misunderstood posting pictures? Perfectly possible!

You can upload them to some places to make them publicly viewable but I am not sure that snapfish is working like this
Instructions
Firstly the picture you want must be online somewhere, so if it's only on your computer you will need to upload it to flickr/photobucket etc.
Right click on the picture and (depending on your browser) select: Copy image url.
When preparing your post, look at the boxes underneath the subject, and click the Img button (9th from the left).
What you then see should look like this (but without the spaces): [ /img]
Put your cursor in between the middle square brackets:
Press "Ctrl" and "V" together, and the url you previously copied should appear (but without any spaces):

I’ve just looked at my snapfish account and I’m not sure you can, but about to try something else.

I can’t post a picture from my snapfish account either, but if I just post the link I can click on it and see my picture but not sure of other people would be able to.

When I copy and paste your links into my browser (which should in theory show your pictures) I only get access to my own albums.

I think you may be copying and pasting the wrong links.

Yes, it's a private account so other people couldn't follow the link. The web address is https rather than http, so presumably if it is a secure site you won't be able to post stuff publicly.
