In Bondâ€™s and other 11+ papers, are the questions same in both standard version and multiple choice?

I should certainly think so, if not the case, Nfer and Bond should be the same (from experience) so do not buy the standard AND multiple choice thinking they're different!

I am planning to buy both versions if they are different.

They are the same, Do not waste your money, there are so many other papers that you can buy. But if you are sitting both types make sure you practice both types. The daughter of a friend of mine had only ever done standard and then sat a multiple choice. Somehow she got out of sync and got to the end and found she was one out all the way through and she had run out of time to change them all.
