I think you still need to submit an individual application form for each of your chosen Grammar schools by a certain deadline which could vary from school to school (in addition to the CAF).

suzanne - that is correct. They are called supplementary forms and they are used to register your child to sit the test at each individual Grammar school
I doubt this applies to Kent and other areas where they coordinate the tests a bit better but it definitely applies to Sutton and Kingston where every school sets its own exam.
They will need to be in quite early this year. I think the deadlines to return them fall in the Summer Holidays if not before.
You still need to name the schools on your CAF as well though.

There is a menu on the online CAF and you can click on every single LEA in the country. If the supplementary form is required, there will be additional information about it.
