This question has been bothering me as I can't seem to find any info...

Does anyone have any indicative NVR raw score idea for Tiffin. I am told that usually a raw score of 85% is a safe mark for cut-off ignoring the standardisation. Any insights?
ALso is 85% in standard papers e.g. GL pacs good enough or should the target be higher?
Any ideas on VR for similar stuff?

Hi, the higher the better I think. I know several kids, who got into Tiffins last year, and the parents told me that they usually did just couple of mistakes in the practise papers before the actual exam. So it is 95% or around it. That mirrors my experience too.
But it is still not a true indicator, as it's all depends on the day. Child may be brilliant but felt a bit under the weather on the day, nerves, slept badly etc.
The problem with Tiffin NVR is the timing. I believe that lot's of kids need to guess the last several questions, and that all comes down with the luck.
