Tiffin Girls Waiting List Has stopped moving

My daughter is on the waiting list for Tiffin and there has been no movement at all for 4 weeks now - has anyone any idea why it's been so slow this year? Normally at least the top 35 get in which would have been good enough for her in previous years.

Andy sorry I don't really have an answer to your question it is something that has baffled me this year too. Last year 55 places were offered from the waiting list, the year before it was 35, this year so far it has been 16. It can't be the coordinated system of only offering one school as this is the third year of this system. It seems that for whatever reason girls are not turning down their places this year. Guildhall admitted that it was definately much slower and indicated that this may the pattern from now on. We were lucky this year to get a place on the waiting list but had to wait two months. I'll keep fingers crossed for you.
